Payment and deposit of 100 euros for orders paid on delivery.
The 100 euros are subtracted from the total to be paid to the carrier.
At the moment of making the payment and deposit your doll is reserved and we start preparing the order immediately.
When choosing the Cash on Delivery method of payment we ask the customer for a deposit of 100 euros. The customer pays the rest of the amount to the carrier. The reason for asking for a deposit is to cover the shipping costs (which we offer for free) and possible return costs in case the customer for whatever reason does not receive the order or does not want it, as they are high costs due to the size of the dolls. In this way we also avoid any possible joke or not real order.
